Let’s take it back, WAY back... Jose’s journey in the automotive world started long before his first official job. In 1989, he wore his father’s car shaped tie-clip in a Sears portrait like it was a badge of honor. By the mid-’90s, he was detailing his dad’s demo from Great Lakes Toyota with the focus of a future pro. Long before leading sales teams and coaching top-performing stores, Jose was immersed in the business, learning the rhythm of the showroom before he even had a license.

 

Over the years, Jose has driven measurable revenue growth for thousands of dealerships across North America — including many of the nation’s largest auto groups. His expertise in sales process optimization, lead handling, and customer engagement has made him a trusted partner in both stable and shifting markets.

 

From Cash for Clunkers to COVID, dealers have consistently turned to Jose’s proven strategies to stay competitive, agile, and ahead of the curve.

He was a Dealer Operator for OEM domestic store, NADA Academy grad, and Sales Director at a top 5 SET (15 nationally) Toyota dealership which was owned by one of the nation's largest public auto groups. ​

After spending much of his life overweight, he transformed his mindset, his body, and ultimately his future, stepping onto a bodybuilding stage and discovering firsthand that self belief and discipline aren’t optional; they’re foundational.

 

That same mindset drives how he leads, coaches, and delivers results, helping others break through limits by shifting what they believe is possible.

Today, Jose is happily married to his wife, Nicole, and together they’re happy dog parents to four energetic Yorkies... Grady, Toby, Marley, and Bibi. They reside in Orlando, Florida, known fittingly as The City Beautiful.
