  • Analyticals buy logic. Give them facts, timelines, and real value.

  • Expressives move when it feels right. Paint the picture and get them to imagine owning it.


Understanding their personality type is pivotal to understanding HOW to create urgency.

Using their Name throughout the interaction helps them connect with you, when they connect with you, it is easier to create urgency.


You have to know their WHY, you won’t know it without gathering Information, if you don’t it is impossible to create urgency.


Without guiding the guest through clear Calls to Action, how could you ever create urgency.


When you need to lean into the deal, being Engaging helps you build the credit to do so without hurting the experience.  


Urgency dies when momentum slows. Keep the tone confident and assumptive: 


“As October wraps up, incentives often adjust, it’s smart to take advantage of the current savings, which are significant, while they’re still active.”


It is INCUMBENT on us to SELL, NOT for the guest to sell THEMSELVES.
